I haven’t added my animation on the index page because I was told that is very annoying when someone enters a website and there is a soundtrack, moreover an animation with sound.

There are several different types of animated smoke effects you can create in After Effects, and several ways to create them. I choose this tutorial because it was easy and the effect is effective.

Apart the soundtrack I used sound effects for the machinery taken from the Logic Library like sounds of cogs, light clicks, movie projector, oil pump engines and industrial machines which I placed them in the background along with the soundtrack and edited them together
The editing of a voice is very tricky. I had to crop it and clean it. Also, I used the compressor and the channel IQ to make the voice smoother and more present. For each track I had in Logic I used the automation setting to control the volume and the level meter to control the right sound level.
This video has really good sound effects!
This time experimentation and risk is the only thing to make my animation look and work better. I watched online tutorials for making special effects in After Effects. These got my attention ‘Growing vine animation and camera pan and zoom with null object’. The purpose of the effect is to ‘grow’ or appear a design of your choice moving along with a camera using a null object.

My animation turned up to be surreal= characterized by fantastic imagery, so I had to recorded someone saying a few key points about the company. At the end I cut some of the sentences because it had longer duration than my animation. The bold sentences are the ones I have used.

I have started designing a soundtrack in Logic for my animation. I use sound effects for the machinery taken from the Logic Library. It needs a lot of editing with Daki’s soundtrack. I also recorded a friend saying a few things about the company.
Dakis the person from the miSTUDIOS team has designed a soundtrack especially for the miStudios animation. It’s one minute long. The melody is amazing and has a hint of fantasy and magic. It’s slow at the beginning, then it builds tension to evoke emotions to the viewer and at the end it becomes calming and dreamy.
